1Information We Collect

Lulusin collects the minimum data needed to work as a self-study exam-preparation tool for Universitas Terbuka (UT) students:

• Account: email address and name from your Google or Apple sign-in, and an optional display name shown on leaderboards.
• Study data: your faculty, selected courses, UAS date, study schedule, answers and answer times (used to build your spaced-repetition plan, streak and readiness statistics).
• Device and app data: platform, app version, time zone and language; a push-notification token; and, for the 7-day free trial only, a one-way hash (SHA-256) of the device identifier so a trial can be claimed once per device. The raw identifier never leaves your phone.
• Diagnostics: anonymous error reports (error type and short message) and notification delivery/opening counts, used only to fix problems.
• Messages and reports you send to us from inside the app.

2Authentication

You sign in with Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. We never receive or store your Google or Apple password. Sessions are managed by our authentication provider, Supabase Auth.

3Notifications

With your permission, Lulusin sends study notifications (daily reminder at the time you choose, streak alert, UAS countdown) and service notices (for example, your free trial ending or a failed subscription payment). Promotional notifications (new features, Premium offers, rating or invitation requests) are sent only if you separately opt in, and you can turn them off at any time in Profile. You can disable all notifications in Profile or in your phone settings.

4Purchases and Free Trial

Subscriptions are purchased through Google Play or the App Store and processed with RevenueCat. We never see your card or e-wallet details. We receive only the purchase status, product, price, currency and expiry date in order to unlock Premium. The 7-day free trial is started inside the app, requires no payment details and does not convert into a paid subscription.

5Data Location and Cross-Border Transfer

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in Singapore (AWS ap-southeast-1). Cross-border transfers are made with equivalent protection in accordance with Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).

6What We Don't Collect

Lulusin does not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone audio or advertising identifier, does not track you across other apps or websites, does not use any advertising network and does not show ads.

7Third-Party Services

• Supabase — hosting, authentication and database
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push-notification delivery
• RevenueCat — subscription processing
• Google / Apple — sign-in and app-store payments

These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

8Retention

We keep your data while your account exists. Error reports are kept for up to 90 days. Purchase records may be kept as required by tax and accounting law.

9Your Rights and Account Deletion

You may access, correct or delete your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time with Profile → Delete account, or by emailing idldynamics@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request - Lulusin" (see account deletion). Deletion is completed within 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel an active app-store subscription; cancel it in your Google Play or App Store settings.

10Children

Lulusin is intended for university students and is not directed at children under 13.

11Disclaimer

Lulusin is an independent self-study tool and is not officially affiliated with Universitas Terbuka. Practice questions are based on course module (BMP) material, not actual exam papers.

1Data yang Kami Kumpulkan

Lulusin hanya mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan: akun (email dan nama dari login Google/Apple, nama tampilan opsional untuk peringkat); data belajar (fakultas, mata kuliah, tanggal UAS, jadwal, jawaban dan waktu menjawab); data perangkat (platform, versi aplikasi, zona waktu, bahasa, token notifikasi, dan hash satu arah SHA-256 dari ID perangkat khusus untuk membatasi uji coba 7 hari satu kali per perangkat — ID aslinya tidak pernah dikirim); diagnostik (laporan error anonim dan jumlah notifikasi terkirim/dibuka); serta pesan dan laporan soal yang kamu kirim.

2Notifikasi

Dengan izinmu, Lulusin mengirim pengingat belajar dan pemberitahuan layanan (misalnya uji coba hampir berakhir). Notifikasi promosi hanya dikirim jika kamu menyetujuinya secara terpisah dan dapat dimatikan kapan saja di Profil.

3Pembelian dan Uji Coba

Langganan dibeli melalui Google Play atau App Store dan diproses oleh RevenueCat; kami tidak pernah melihat data kartu atau dompet digitalmu. Uji coba 7 hari dimulai di dalam aplikasi, tanpa pembayaran, dan tidak berubah menjadi langganan berbayar.

4Lokasi Data

Data disimpan di Supabase, Singapura (AWS ap-southeast-1), sesuai UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP).

5Yang Tidak Kami Kumpulkan

Lokasi, kontak, foto, mikrofon, ID iklan. Tidak ada pelacakan lintas aplikasi dan tidak ada iklan.

6Pihak Ketiga

Supabase (server dan database), Firebase Cloud Messaging (pengiriman notifikasi), RevenueCat (langganan), Google/Apple (login dan pembayaran toko).

7Hak Kamu dan Penghapusan Akun

Hapus akun dan semua data kapan saja lewat Profil → Hapus akun atau email ke idldynamics@gmail.com (subjek "Account Deletion Request - Lulusin"). Penghapusan selesai dalam 30 hari. Menghapus akun tidak membatalkan langganan aktif di toko aplikasi.

8Penafian

Lulusin adalah aplikasi latihan mandiri dan tidak berafiliasi resmi dengan Universitas Terbuka. Soal disusun berdasarkan materi modul (BMP), bukan naskah ujian asli.
