IDL Dynamics ("We", "Our", "Company") respects the privacy of the users ("You", "Instructor", "Student") of the IDL Attendance application. This policy explains how we collect and protect your data.

• Account Data: Name, email, and profile picture provided during secure login.
• Location Data: Instant GPS location is requested only during a check-in session to verify presence within the classroom boundaries. We do not track your location in the background.
• Educational Data: Attendance records, class lists, and in-app messages.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for authentication, validating attendance via location, generating absence reports for instructors, and facilitating secure in-app communication.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We never sell your data to third parties. Data is encrypted using Row-Level Security (RLS) and is only accessible by authorized instructors and institution administrators related to your classes.

4. Data Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
