Sınav Koçu collects only the data it needs to work as an exam-preparation tool:
We do not collect your location, contacts, or browsing activity, and the app contains no advertising trackers.
We use Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple exclusively for authentication. We never see or store passwords. Your name and email are provided to us by Google or Apple with your consent at sign-in.
If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple shares your name only the first time you authorize the app, and you may choose Hide My Email — in that case we only ever receive Apple's private relay address, never your real one.
Course package purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Apple, Google and RevenueCat under their own privacy and security standards. We receive only the fact that a purchase succeeded and what it unlocked.
If you upload an exam paper through the "Upload Exam Paper" feature, the file and any questions extracted from it may be shared anonymously with other students using the app, to build a shared question bank. Your name and identity are never attached to uploaded content shown to other users.
Because this content becomes part of a shared study resource for other students, uploaded exam paper files are not removed when you delete your account — but the record linking them to you is deleted, so they can no longer be traced back to you. See section 8.

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with per-user access rules, so one account cannot read another's data. Your information is never sold to third parties.
We keep study data only as long as it helps you prepare for your exams. Study activity follows the academic term:
Deleting your account removes all of the above immediately (see section 8). Aggregated, anonymous counts — for example how many students chose each option of a question — contain no personal data and are kept to improve question quality.
You can delete your account and its data at any time, directly inside the app. No email, phone call or customer-service step is required.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your account and everything tied to it are erased from our servers at once, including:
Two things to be aware of. Exam papers you uploaded stay in the shared question bank for other students, with the record linking them to you deleted (see section 4). An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account — subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, so you must cancel yours separately in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
If you cannot access the app, you may instead email idldynamics@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will delete your account within 30 days. Full details, in Turkish, are on our account deletion page.
You may access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. Most of it is editable directly in the app (Profile screen), and deletion is available as described in section 8. For any request we cannot serve in the app, write to us at idldynamics@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the "Last Updated" date above. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
