By downloading, accessing, or using the Sınav Koçu application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Sınav Koçu is an exam-preparation tool for students of Turkish open-education universities (AÖF, AUZEF, ATA-AÖF). It provides practice questions, spaced-repetition study scheduling, progress statistics, and department leaderboards.
You must sign in using Google or Apple to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We do not offer email/password registration.
Course content is sold individually at a fixed price per course. Purchases are one-time and non-recurring — Sınav Koçu does not offer subscriptions. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat, and are subject to the refund policies of those platforms. Once purchased, a course remains accessible to your account indefinitely, provided the App continues to be supported.
If you upload exam papers via the "Upload Exam Paper" feature, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, extract questions from, and share that content anonymously with other users of the App. You confirm that you have the right to share any material you upload, and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
The App, its design, and its curated question bank are the property of IDL Dynamics, except for user-submitted content as described in Section 5. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the App or its content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting us.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the question bank is error-free or that it will result in any particular exam outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDL Dynamics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
